Our brand was founded on the shelves of my grandma’s medicine cabinet. The secret to luscious skin came from a time where self-care wasn’t just a trend but it was part of who you are.
Our unique blend of ingredients is no longer a secret we are willing to keep, nope this one is share-worthy because we all deserve to win with good skin!

Bio: I am Alicea Arnold, the founder, creator, and handmaker behind Defined Skin. I am a mom of two almost three sweet girls, enjoy a nice cup of coffee, good laughs, and helping out others when in need. I’ve spent years educating my family and friends on the value of natural skincare products, regimens, and wellness.
Growing up I was raised by many strong women who influenced me to learn about my culture and roots relating to skincare, haircare, and herbs. My great-grandmother taught me a variety of tips and tricks to help me through adolescence (breakouts, dry skin, etc.) After becoming a mother, I noticed a lack of clean skincare for moms in the beauty industry. So I decided to take the natural recipes I was already using to help me solve new skincare issues that occurred.
In 2019, I developed a natural skincare line for expecting mothers to postpartum and beyond. Creating a good skincare routine is important for everyone but there truly is a need to focus on skincare throughout the many stages of motherhood. In building my brand my goal is to help women understand the benefits of each ingredient used inside of the products.
As I continue to grow the company, I intend to encourage other moms to learn more about the products they use and spend more time valuing their beautiful bodies + skin!
