Products

How do I know which products work for my skin type?

We have placed skin type details on the individual product pages to make it easier for you. If you have further questions or concerns relating to this, please send us an email hello@definedskin.co

Will any of the products expire or need special care (refrigerated, etc.)?

Our products are made fresh and are all natural but do not have a set expiration date. We do recommend using them within 3 months after opening. The shelf life prior to opening is 6 months.

No special care is needed; however we advise to keep all products in a dry, cool space. Avoid excessive heat and sun exposure.


Orders

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our skincare products. Each product is personal to the skin and we do not want to put anyone’s health at risk.

I have an allergy to the ingredients

We are so sorry to hear about your experience. We ask all of our customers to do a patch test on the skin prior to use. All of the ingredients can be found in the description of each product. Please stop using the product and contact us for additional assistance.

Where do you ship?

Currently we offer shipping in the US and we will be offering int’l shipping soon!

My package was damaged, what do I do?

We are so sorry that happened. Please send us a message with the order number and details along with photos of the damaged box and/or product to hello@definedskin.co In order to better assist you we ask for this information to be provided within 48 hours of receiving the package.
